UBC Robson Square, 800 Robson Street, Vancouver, V6Z 2E7 - HSBC Hall
What is included in the registration fee?
Breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and the conference itself
Will there be internet access?
Yes, UBC will have free internet for participants.
What is the refund policy?

Cancellation 60+ days prior to start of conference, you receive a 60% refund.
Cancellation 30 - 59 days prior to start of conference, you receive a 30% refund.
Cancellation -30 days prior to start of conference, you are not eligible for a refund.
Do you give invitation letters to international participants?
Yes, but participants must register and pay the fee first. The refund policy then applies.
What hotels do you recommend?
There are many different kinds of hotels available downtown Vancouver. These can be costly so we recommend you stay at GAGE SUITES on the UBC Campus. Note: this is not the downtown campus and so you will need transportation to get to the conference.
